**Mandatory: Must reside in Campinas-SP** **Responsibilities/Tasks:** - Ensure timely and agile product registration on the website platform - Analysis of products available on the site, verification of photos, descriptions, etc. - Opening and tracking of support tickets - Support in website layout configurations (banners, texts, etc.) - Support for managerial tasks **About the position** - Management of marketplace platforms such as Mercado Livre, Shopee, Tray. - Creation of listings and product registrations on marketplace platforms and ERP systems, including product titles and names, descriptions, photos, and other required options per product type. Removal of outdated listings. - Issuance of invoices (NFs) and labels; monitoring of pre- and post-sales processes on platforms via ERP systems. - Customer service and support through the official customer service channels. - Resolution of pending issues, provision of support, information, and problem resolution. - Knowledge of ERP systems such as Bling, Tiny, and others. - Basic Excel skills, control spreadsheets, formal and colloquial Portuguese language proficiency.
