




We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the company’s administrative routines, ensuring organization, process efficiency, and support for internal departments. **Responsibilities:** * Organization and archiving of physical and digital documents * Telephone reception and support for customers and suppliers * Data entry and monitoring in spreadsheets and internal systems * Issuance and verification of documents (invoices, reports, contracts, etc.) * Support for financial and administrative routines * Calendar, deadline, and correspondence management **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (preferably pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields) * Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail **Preferred qualifications:** * Prior experience in administrative roles Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent position Salary: R$1,518.00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
