**JOB DESCRIPTION** Will be responsible for supporting operational activities in product development, ensuring organization, accuracy, and agile workflow between stages. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** \* Assist in product inspections, comparing technical specifications with finished products to ensure compliance. \* Support data entry into internal systems, spreadsheets, and evaluation reports. \* Perform garment measurements according to defined standards. \* Carry out minor sewing repairs when necessary, ensuring quality for process continuity. \* Assist in organizing and preparing garments for pilot production. \* Maintain an organized workspace and provide general support to the team across departmental tasks. **REQUIREMENTS** \* Basic knowledge of sewing. \* Familiarity with textile production and product development stages. \* Ability to read technical specifications and attention to detail. \* Organizational skills, proactivity, and good communication. \* Basic Excel knowledge and ease of use with computer systems. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** \* Prior experience in fashion development or production environments. \* Experience with garment measurement and product inspection.
