Location: Arapiraca/AL Responsibilities and Duties - Read and interpret medium-complexity engineering designs, execution documents, and descriptive memoranda; quantify design elements; and validate information with the manager to ensure accurate project implementation; - Develop action plans to recover construction and service delays; complete and report current performance indicators to meet project schedules; - Participate in departmental engineering team meetings, identifying deviations and supporting strategic planning for each area; also participate in supplier meetings, providing technical input, monitoring activities, and developing action plans to ensure compliance with contractual clauses; - Implement specific controls for ongoing activities to monitor progress and alert coordination teams of deviations; - Prepare reports on strategic schedules, KPIs, and deviations, including detailed tracking and relevant information to support smooth operations; - Prepare medium-complexity budget spreadsheets based on gathered data, service compositions, and productivity indices; - Develop medium-complexity, executive, detailed, and strategic plans for Capex-related activities and construction projects, and collect construction productivity data to support achievement of the Strategic Plan. Requirements and Qualifications - Completed undergraduate degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering; - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, AutoCAD, and ERP (SAP); Desirable: Planning management tools.
