If you're seeking a purposeful challenge and want to grow with us, this is your opportunity! **Job Mission** Ensure the operational, commercial, and administrative performance of the store, focusing on customer satisfaction, sales growth, inventory control, and efficient team management, directly contributing to the company's results. **Responsibilities** * Manage store operations: inventory, product display, organization, and cleanliness; * Monitor sales targets and develop strategies to exceed them; * **Serve customers and lead by example** in relationship management and problem resolution; * Supervise goods receiving, dispatch, inventories, and purchase orders; * Ensure compliance with commercial, financial, and credit policies; * Train, motivate, and develop the sales, cashier, and inventory teams; * **Analyze performance indicators** (sales, margin, losses, turnover, etc.); * Monitor market trends and suggest improvements in product mix and promotions. **Technical Requirements** **Required:** * Inventory and purchasing management (preferably familiarity with ABC Curve); * Sales techniques and customer service; * Basic/intermediate computer skills; * Ability to read and interpret financial and performance reports. **Desired:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agribusiness, or related fields; * Courses in sales, leadership, customer service, or inventory management; * Knowledge of agricultural supplies, PET products, home and garden items. **Competencies** * Leadership and ability to motivate teams; * Systemic thinking and results orientation; * Proactivity, ownership mindset, and decision-making skills; * Conflict resolution ability.
