Description: About the vacancy: We are looking for a Senior Occupational Safety Technician to join our team. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and compliance with occupational safety standards in the workplace, promoting the health and physical integrity of employees, as well as contributing to the prevention of occupational accidents and diseases. Main responsibilities:* Conduct inspections and identify hazardous conditions in workplaces. * Manage documentation and safety certifications. * Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures. * Develop training and awareness programs on occupational safety. * Investigate accident causes and implement corrective measures. * Collaborate on building modification projects and new industrial installations. * Coordinate internal emergency brigade training. * Support CIPA events and organize accident prevention activities. * Contribute to decision-making and review of safety strategy. * Prepare technical reports and documentation related to occupational safety. * Monitor correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE). * Focus on accident and incident prevention. * Ensure compliance with legal obligations and EHS policies, as well as Environmental and Quality Management Systems. * Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to continuously improve working conditions. Mandatory requirements:* Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety, duly registered with the Ministry of Labor. * Proven experience in the role, preferably at senior level. * Knowledge of applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs). * Ability to conduct training sessions and lectures. * Capacity for analysis and preparation of technical reports. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams. * Full Microsoft Office suite proficiency. 2601010046291620077
