Operation and maintenance of data centers and Points of Presence (PoPs). Monitoring systems (BMS, DCIM). Contract and technical service provider management. Advanced Excel and data analysis tools. Technical standards (ABNT, NBR, IEEE, ASHRAE, etc.) **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. Postgraduate studies or an MBA in Infrastructure Management, Data Center, or related areas will be considered a plus. Plan, deploy, and maintain environmental control, electrical power (including redundancy, UPS, diesel generators), environmental monitoring, and physical security systems; Monitor performance, capacity, and availability of infrastructure support systems; Define and implement scalability, high availability, and operational continuity policies; Lead infrastructure teams, define roles, training, and operational policies; Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets related to infrastructure and telecommunications; Supplier management, maintenance contracts, SLAs, licenses; **Implement and maintain physical and logical security policies:** access control, surveillance, fire prevention, protection against natural disasters; Comply with regulatory standards from Anatel/ANEEL, audits (including internal audits), ABNT standards (NBR 5410, 14039, 5419, 16401), international standards (ANSI/TIA-942, ASHRAE, ISO/IEC, ANSI/BICSI), regulatory norms (NR10, NR11, NR12), and international certifications (ISO, Uptime Institute); Establish processes for monitoring infrastructure failures, performance, and resource utilization, as well as incident management and disaster recovery; Maintain technical infrastructure documentation, equipment backup policies, and develop Disaster Recovery (DR) plans, including regular testing. 2512210202551836675
