




**Job Description:** The Senior Recruitment and Selection Analyst will be responsible for independently managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the attraction and selection of top talent in alignment with the company’s needs and culture. This role will strategically partner with leadership to strengthen the employer brand and continuously improve recruitment practices. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage recruitment and selection processes across various departments and hierarchical levels; * Align candidate profiles with hiring managers’ requirements; * Create and publish job postings on platforms and social media; * Screen resumes and conduct competency-based interviews; * Administer behavioral tests and assessments, where applicable; * Facilitate group dynamics and collective interviews; * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire selection process; * Maintain up-to-date R\&S metrics and propose process improvements. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Prior generalist or specialized experience in R\&S, preferably at senior-level positions; * Experience conducting competency-based interviews and using behavioral assessment tools; * Familiarity with recruitment platforms; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of urgency; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is desirable.
