We’d love to meet you! \#whatshappeninginourfiber \#fiberteam **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the technical reference in Compliance, advising junior and mid-level analysts and supporting leadership in decision-making. * Conduct and review integrity and compliance risk assessments across critical processes (contracts, suppliers, partnerships, and operations). * Lead internal investigations, ensuring confidentiality and appropriate handling, and coordinate actions carried out by partner departments. Also coordinate and supervise investigations conducted by other team members (junior and mid-level). * Draft, review, and implement Compliance policies, standards, and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements and market best practices. * Monitor compliance with the Anti-Corruption Law, LGPD, ANATEL, and other applicable telecommunications legislation. * Structure and present executive Compliance reports to senior management and governance committees. * Lead Compliance training, communication, and engagement programs for employees and partners. * Support internal and external audits, ensuring evidence of compliance. * Participate in strategic projects—such as mergers, acquisitions, and operational expansion—assessing Compliance risks. * Promote continuous improvement and consolidation of the organization’s ethical and integrity culture. * Work on Loss Prevention / Fraud Prevention fronts, investigating and leading anti-fraud initiatives with risk mitigation and process gap remediation. * Develop techniques and tools to enhance identification of suspicious activities, using analytical models that support strategic decisions. * Create, monitor, and evaluate performance and balance KPIs, analyzing the impact of fraud on company results. * Train internal teams on best practices for fraud prevention and identification of fraud red flags. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields. * 5+ years of experience in Compliance or similar roles; corporate investigation experience required. * Advanced knowledge of anti-corruption legislation (Law No. 12,846/13), LGPD, telecommunications governance and regulation. * Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience preparing executive reports. * Strong analytical ability, risk awareness, and decision-making skills. * Proficiency in formalization routines, organization, and attention to detail. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with executives and external bodies. * Resilient profile, hands-on approach, high energy, and negotiation skills. DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE * Specialization in Compliance or Internal Controls; * Familiarity with management systems, KPIs, and project management; * Knowledge of process analysis and design; * Familiarity with other data tools (e.g., Python, Power BI, SQL); * Experience in communication and education programs aimed at cultural change.
