Responsibilities and duties: **Responsibilities and duties** Responsible for coordinating and ensuring the efficient operation of asset security services, access control, electronic monitoring (CCTV), fire prevention and firefighting within the shopping center environment. Acts strategically in protecting people and assets, ensuring the safety of customers, tenants, employees, and physical facilities. Key responsibilities include: * Management of outsourced contracts and teams for security guards and fire brigades; * Planning and execution of preventive and corrective actions related to security; * Coordination of emergency plans, crisis manuals, and drills; * Interface with authorities and public agencies such as military police, fire department, and city hall; * Risk analysis and preparation of management reports; * Guidance and support to tenants regarding safety regulations and best practices; * Operational management of parking facilities. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent qualification obtained through a military career; * Technical knowledge in asset security and/or risk prevention; * Strong leadership skills, proactive profile focused on results; * Systemic vision and ability to make quick and accurate decisions; * **Desirable:** previous experience in security operations in shopping centers or high-traffic environments. **Additional information** * Transportation allowance or parking voucher; * Medical insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * PLR (Profit and Results Sharing); * Birthday day off. #### **The Partage Group has been operating in the market for over two decades, starting its activities in 1997 with "Triple A" commercial building real estate developments in São Paulo city.** #### **In 2009, it entered the shopping center sector, always focusing on development and management.** #### **Today, it already has a presence in all five regions of Brazil, with more than 508 thousand m² of gross leasable area across the country, supported by a team of over 800 employees.** #### **Its goal is to be the best company in the segment, building stories and transforming the lives of everyone who crosses its path.**
