Focused on quality and innovation, it provides services tailored to its clients' needs. **Responsibilities:** Perform sanding on wood, metal, plaster, or concrete surfaces as required by the project. Prepare surfaces for painting, finishing, or installation of cladding materials. Operate manual or electric sanders to ensure uniform and high-quality finishing. Maintain workplace cleanliness and ensure proper disposal of generated waste. Assist in preparing materials and tools for task execution. Comply with safety regulations, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and internal company procedures. Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and established finishing standards. Previous experience as a Finisher, Polisher, Metal Sander, or Sander Operator may indicate suitability for some of the tasks associated with this position. High school diploma required.
