GERA GROUP – An economic group focused on renewable energy, efficient and sustainable solutions, is seeking a qualified professional to join our team as a **Maintenance Technician (solar)**. Summary of responsibilities: * Perform electrical, preventive and corrective maintenance, complying with current safety standards to keep machines, equipment, motors, panels, electrical networks, data networks and telephone systems, devices and installations in perfect working condition. * Carry out general maintenance activities using personal protective equipment correctly, as required by current legislation, and following safety, hygiene, quality and environmental protection standards. * Ensure the maintenance, organization and preservation of work tools and equipment. * Assist in controlling the inventory of tools and equipment, arranging replacements when necessary to prevent interruption of activities. * Diagnose faults under technical coordination guidance using diagrams, drawings, catalogs, and technical analysis and evaluation; disassemble, repair, reassemble, test and replace components, ensuring proper care of equipment under their responsibility. * Monitor services performed by contracted specialized companies, providing necessary information and assistance. * Assist in monitoring equipment operation and request specialized maintenance when required. * Maintain direct contact with the Operations Center to assist in identifying failures and possible requested corrections. * Complete activity checklists and issue technical reports. * Handle testing tools and participate in commissioning activities. Profile * Technical education in Electrotechnology; * Experience in electrical systems; * Knowledge of equipment and operating principles (preferably solar); * Proactive professional focused on problem-solving; * Willingness to travel; * Resident of Três Rios, Vassouras or Paraíba do Sul.
