**Responsibilities**: Supervise and manage electrician teams. Monitor the execution of services performed. Carry out Operational DESC. Send and receive service order requests from customers. In addition, perform administrative tasks. Also responsible for conducting field inspections, monitoring production indicators, and overseeing systems such as Ponto, Solis, Performance, SAP, among others. Ensure compliance with safety rules by electrician teams. Monitor compliance with obligations related to material withdrawal, delivery, and application, assessing any non-conformities. Track the delivery of resources by required sub-departments for activity execution, such as warehouse, fleet, and SESMT. **Requirements:** Technical qualification in electricity and/or Electrical Engineering Technician. Experience leading teams.
