




Description: Apply quickly via email: Requirements and Qualifications: * Solid senior-level experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. * Advanced customizations: entities, plugins, workflows, business rules. * Development and automation using: * Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) * Power Automate (flows, integrations, connectors) * Dataverse * Integration with REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps. * Experience with data modeling and ETL for CRM. * Hands-on experience with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service modules. * Power BI dashboards for CRM (insights, sales funnel, retention, pipeline). * Security and role management within Dynamics. Desirable: * Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Fundamentals). * Experience with Dynamics Omnichannel for Customer Service. * Knowledge of CI/CD for CRM (Azure DevOps, Git, ALM). * Familiarity with Azure Functions, API Management, and ADX. * Projects focused on marketing automation and customer journey. * Integration with Datadog, Grafana, Splunk, or other monitoring platforms.
