Administer, configure, and optimize Wireless and LAN networks, ensuring performance and security. Manage configuration and resolve complex issues in routers, switches, and various firewalls. Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions. Actively participate in network architecture design and evaluation of new technologies. Deliver advanced-level client support, focusing on analysis and rapid resolution of incidents and issues. **Requirements:** **Knowledge:** Thorough understanding of TCP/IP, network protocols (STP, VPN, IPsec), and network architecture. Proven experience with firewalls (configuration, rule management, administration), preferably with solutions such as Sophos, Fortinet, or similar. Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems. Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnose issues in complex environments. Strong analytical skills and sharp logical reasoning. Familiarity with diverse technologies and foundational knowledge of Cloud. Knowledge of VoIP and comprehensive hardware knowledge. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana, or similar).
