In constant expansion, it is seeking new talents to develop and integrate its team. **Requirements for HR Department Assistant** **Academic Qualifications** * Higher education degree (completed or currently enrolled from the 4th semester onward) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields. **Technical Knowledge** * Proven experience of at least 2 years in HR department routines. * Proficiency in payroll processing (salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and labor charges). * Knowledge of hiring, termination, severance, and homologation procedures. * Ability to calculate and generate FGTS, INSS, and IRRF payment slips. * Experience submitting ancillary obligations (eSocial and DCTFWeb). * In-depth knowledge of labor legislation (Consolidation of Labor Laws—CLT). * Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., Protheus, Senior, Alterdata) is desirable. * Continuous updating on changes in labor and social security legislation. **Skills and Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Teamwork ability and willingness to learn. * Proactivity and commitment to deadlines and quality. * Strong ethics and discretion. * Results-oriented mindset. * Adaptability. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute and process the monthly payroll. * Carry out hiring and termination procedures, including severance and homologation. * Calculate and generate FGTS, INSS, and IRRF payment slips. * Submit ancillary obligations (eSocial and DCTFWeb). * Ensure compliance with labor legislation (CLT).
