Guided by these principles, we advance within our cultural pillars: **Innovation, Sharing, Governance, and Trust!** **Transforming people's health in Brazil through science is our purpose.** **If this aspiration also resonates with you, join the AFIP team!** **\#JoinAFIP** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Create and update internal departmental documentation using Document Management Software; * Analyze internal contracts received via email, Outlook, or other software; * Update the ROT (Record of Data Processing Activities); * Conduct RIPDs (Data Protection Impact Assessments); * Conduct LIAs (Legitimate Interests Assessments); * Analyze and support registration of new internal department activities, processes, and projects involving personal data usage, via Word form; * Respond to data subject requests submitted through AFIP websites and recorded on institutional websites; * Record data protection incidents using the Word form; * Evaluate suppliers regarding their partners’ LGPD compliance practices; * Update website cookie notices to ensure alignment with current LGPD transparency requirements and market best practices; * Address internal inquiries via any received channel (Teams or Outlook), to guide employees on data protection practices; * Monitor and respond to the shared data protection email inbox via Outlook, ensuring proper organization of incoming requests. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Law or Information Security; * Courses in data protection; * Prior experience in the field; * Intermediate Office Suite proficiency. **Additional Information** #### **Benefits:** * Medical Assistance + Wellhub; * Dental Assistance; * TotalPass; * Transportation Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Meal Allowance. **Quality of Life Program:** Caring for Those Who Care, offering numerous free services to employees. * Birthday Health Check-Up; * Psychological Support; * Quick Massage; * Acupuncture; * Family Physician; * Nutritionist and Meditation.
