Work Location: Itajaí, Santa Catarina **Responsibilities and Duties*** Plan, coordinate, and execute continuous improvement projects aligned with the company’s strategic objectives; * Map, analyze, and redesign production and administrative processes, identifying opportunities to eliminate waste and bottlenecks; * Implement Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies, promoting a culture of efficiency and quality; * Conduct internal workshops and training sessions on continuous improvement tools and process management; * Support operational and engineering areas in defining performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking goals; * Monitor operational and financial gains achieved through implemented projects, ensuring result sustainability; * Prepare executive reports and presentations for senior management, consolidating progress and improvement outcomes; * Integrate\-with Quality, Production, and PMO departments, ensuring synergy among projects and corporate initiatives; * Standardize processes and technical documentation, promoting best practices and lessons learned; * Identify and propose new technologies, tools, and methodologies to strengthen the company’s operational excellence. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Administration, Production, or related fields; Desirable: Postgraduate qualification or certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt); Experience: Solid experience in continuous improvement, productivity, and process projects within complex industrial environments, preferably in the naval, defense, oil & gas, or heavy manufacturing sectors; Technical Knowledge: Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, Six Sigma methodologies, and process mapping; Root cause analysis tools (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, Pareto); Performance indicators (OEE, takt time, lead time, overall efficiency); Project management (PMBOK, MS Project, Power BI); Advanced Excel proficiency and process modeling tools **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Meal Allowance; Christmas Bonus; Transportation Allowance; On\-site cafeteria offering breakfast and lunch; UNIMED health insurance extended to legal dependents; UNIODONTO dental insurance; SulAmérica life insurance extended to legal dependents; Quality of Life Program including Workplace Gymnastics; Annual bonus; Wellhub; Private pension plan; We promote constant development for our employees through internal courses and training programs; Plus partnerships and agreements offering numerous discounts for you and your dependents!
