Conduct training sessions and monitor process adoption The Process Analyst will be responsible for mapping, structuring, and optimizing administrative and operational processes to ensure greater efficiency, standardization, and control across Group units. We are seeking an analytical, organized professional with a systemic vision, capable of transforming routines into clear, measurable, and strategic workflows. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for mapping, analyzing and improving internal workflows; proposing automations; and developing training materials to facilitate team adoption of new processes. **Main Activities:** Map and document internal processes. Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions. Support automation and digitalization projects. Create materials (manuals, flowcharts, tutorials) to support training. Conduct training sessions and monitor process adoption. **Experience with:** process mapping and improvement. Knowledge of modeling tools (Bizagi, Lucidchart, Visio, etc.).
