From the simplest to the most special moments, we help make life tastier for many people. **Job Description** ---------------------- * Map processes; * Standardize processes; * Develop and create KPIs; * Work on high- and medium-complexity processes, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing changes (applying continuous improvement tools); * Analyze and propose improvements to optimize processes for cost reduction and productivity gains; * Manage the Service Excellence Program; * Conduct audits related to the CSC Excellence Program; * Apply the Kaizen methodology; * Create and develop reports and analyses in Power BI; * Analyze and design processes using Lean methodology; * Analyze and conduct studies using productivity metrics; * Apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodology. * Comply with the guidelines established in BRF’s Sustainability Policy, ensuring adherence to the BRF Sustainability Plan through routine activities that promote sustainability management, achievement of indicators, and fulfillment of the Company’s global ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) commitments, thereby ensuring alignment between individual actions and sustainable development across the BRF value chain. **Academic Qualifications** ---------------------- * Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. **Desirable Requirements** ------------------------- * Knowledge to support and develop dashboards in Power BI; * Postgraduate degree in Management and Continuous Improvement tools (preferred); * English proficiency (preferred); * Green or Black Belt certification (preferred); * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (preferred); Apply now and join BRF!
