**Job Description:** * Build and maintain data pipelines and environments in Microsoft Fabric; * Organize and structure data in OneLake, Lakehouses, and Warehouses; * Perform data transformations using notebooks (Apache Spark / Python); * Integrate, standardize, and ensure quality, cleanliness, and consistency of corporate data; * Reliably model relational and multidimensional data; * Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs in Power BI; * Apply advanced DAX and optimize performance, publishing, and versioning in Power BI Embedded; * Define and ensure data governance, information security, access controls, and RLS; * Provide analytical support to business areas and translate technical requirements for executives; * Document processes, establish standards, and promote continuous improvement in BI & Data. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher; * Microsoft Fabric: Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Notebooks; * Advanced Power BI: DAX, star-schema modeling, performance tuning, Embedded; * Advanced SQL (especially SQL Server); * Experience with version control and best practices (git, branches, documentation); * Ability to analyze logs, discrepancies, and complex tables. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Spark or Python applied to large-scale data; * Experience with Protheus 12\.1\.2410 (table structure and TES/TMV); * Experience with CRM systems and transactional records; * Knowledge of data governance and best practices in data architecture; * Familiarity with automation tools (n8n, Power Automate, REST APIs); * Basic understanding of security and access control.
