Record all interactions in the company’s systems, following established scripts, policies, and internal procedures. **Mandatory Requirements** Be at least 18 years old. Be available for part-time shifts on rotating schedules (6x1 or 5x2), during morning, afternoon, or night shifts. **Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)** No prior experience is required; however, previous experience in roles such as telemarketing operator, customer service representative, receptionist, call center operator, customer service analyst, customer support agent, consultant, collections agent, active or passive customer service representative, salesperson, interaction expert, operator, or similar positions will be considered a significant advantage. Experience in customer service, customer support centers (SAC), sales, collections, or reception. Strong communication skills, clear diction, concise writing ability, and proficiency in interacting with the public.
