




Responsible for maintaining clean, organized, and safe environments, contributing to the well-being of everyone using the space. Among its main responsibilities are cleaning floors, surfaces, windows, restrooms, common areas, and equipment, as well as waste collection and restocking hygiene supplies. Carry out cleaning and maintenance of the entire physical structure using appropriate materials and equipment, following the established routine. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of buildings and surrounding areas. Report any issues identified in the building to the immediate supervisor. Clean windows, floors, cabinets, desks, chairs, and general office furniture in administrative areas and other spaces. Prepare coffee daily in the early morning and early afternoon. Collect and distribute thermal bottles containing coffee, tea, and hot water to various rooms in the administrative area. Clean and maintain the floor of the administrative area (hallways, rooms, auditorium, and access areas) by sweeping, mopping with cleaning products, waxing, and polishing. Clean and maintain restrooms and changing rooms. Check and ensure availability of liquid soap, disinfectant, alcohol, and other cleaning supplies and equipment. Collect garbage from administrative areas in general (offices, hallways, restrooms, auditorium). Report any exceptional malfunctions to the immediate supervisor, such as power outages, water supply issues, clogged restrooms, etc. Verify at the end of the workday that doors and windows are closed. Perform other tasks as required by the department. Work Resources: Fully equipped cleaning cart, buckets, brooms, cloths, cleaning products, accessories, uniform, PPE, and other accessories and tools inherent to the position.
