




Job Description: The Engineering Educational Advisor will be responsible for monitoring and supporting students throughout the learning process, ensuring academic quality, adherence to pedagogical guidelines, and correct application of Engineering course content. Main Responsibilities: * Provide in-person support to students, clarifying doubts related to Engineering course content; * Administer in-person assessment activities according to the institutional schedule; * Carry out the in-person tutoring work plan, ensuring alignment with academic guidelines; * Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and online tutors, promoting clear and efficient communication; * Identify students’ learning difficulties, adapting methodology and language according to the class profile; * Monitor students’ academic performance, contributing to retention, engagement, and academic success initiatives; * Assist in academic and administrative activities inherent to the role; * Ensure compliance with institutional regulations and internal procedures. Requirements and Qualifications: Mandatory: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Production, or related fields); * Active professional council registration (CREA); * Ability to communicate clearly, didactically, and concisely; * Solid theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of Engineering. Desirable: * Specialization in Engineering, Education, or related fields; * Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or educational advising; * Knowledge of active learning methodologies; * Proficiency in using educational platforms and digital tools; * Proactive, organized profile with strong interpersonal skills.
