- Responsible for occupational safety activities within the company; - Monitor deadlines for mandatory training; - Guide and support the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), organize electoral processes; - Organize the Annual Occupational Safety Week (SIPAT); - Investigate workplace accidents, issue the Work Accident Report (CAT); - Deliver and control the supply of personal protective equipment (PPE) and uniforms used by each employee according to their job function, ensuring no PPE shortages occur; - Monitor deadlines related to occupational safety and occupational medicine (renewals); - Work with spreadsheets and various control systems; - Monitor admission, dismissal, and periodic medical examinations. - Implement preventive measures to avoid workplace accidents; - Conduct safety-related training; - Use company-specific software; - Provide support to the Human Resources department.
