Telephone assistance and courteous reception of visitors Performs low-complexity administrative tasks such as inquiries, data entry, reception, distribution and control of various documents and files, telephone assistance, and other similar duties, aiming to provide bureaucratic support to the activities within the work area. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Sort, verify, and dispatch correspondence according to received instructions to enable mailbag distribution; * Control and archive documents, classifying\-them by nature, subject, and other criteria, registering\-them according to adopted standards to prevent loss and ensure their preservation; * Receive visitors, directing them to requested locations or individuals, providing prompt and courteous service; * Answer phone calls, taking or relaying messages, as well as handling diverse requests by consulting files, systems, procedures, documents, or other sources to provide necessary information; * Supply office or cafeteria materials, arranging for material replenishment and managing small inventories to ensure proper operation of service units; * Perform internal or external copying and binding services to meet required demands, as well as fax transmission and receipt and related tasks; * Maintain internal or external contacts to provide or obtain relevant information; * Organize and maintain files, carrying out necessary ordering and control as instructed by superiors to facilitate consultations; * Comply with policies, procedures, and standards established by the specific management system, using preventive equipment, observing regulatory norms and procedures, reporting deviations, and proposing corrections for unsafe acts, thereby contributing to the implementation and maintenance of normative, legal, and regulatory requirements governing SGI1\. * Participate in internal events / campaigns / training sessions related to SGI; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity, as determined by the supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum Education: High School Diploma. * Technical Competencies (Knowledge, specializations, qualifications, certifications, registrations) Knowledge of routines inherent to the position. * Behavioral Profile (Skills and attitudes) * Interest, promptness, observational skills, discipline, agility, discernment, professional appearance, and excellent interpersonal and public interaction skills. * Prior Experience: 6 months of experience in office routines. **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Gym assistance * Pharmacy assistance * Christmas basket * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance #### **Transformation is part of human essence.** #### **Every evolutionary process is driven by change.
