Join the ICATU BRASIL team! **About the Position** We are seeking a Training and Development Analyst to join our DHO team, responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating training programs that drive the technical and behavioral development of our employees. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, develop, and implement training and development programs aligned with organizational strategies • Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) in collaboration with business areas • Develop instructional content and educational materials for in-person and digital training • Coordinate the delivery of learning pathways and training programs • Manage corporate education platforms (LMS) • Evaluate training effectiveness through performance indicators • Support onboarding and integration processes for new employees • Establish partnerships with vendors and educational institutions • Monitor trends and innovations in corporate education **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in training and development • Knowledge of teaching and learning methodologies (instructional design) • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, LMS platforms) • Ability to deliver both in-person and virtual training • Analytical skills to assess outcomes • Excellent oral and written communication • Proactive, organized, and collaborative profile **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree in People Management, Corporate Education, or related fields • Certifications in agile learning methodologies • Experience with gamification and active learning methodologies • Knowledge of video editing tools and e-learning **We Offer** * Market-competitive remuneration • Competitive benefits (meal voucher, transportation voucher, medical and dental assistance) • Continuous development program • Collaborative and innovative work environment • Professional growth opportunities **Work Location**: Vila de Abrantes, Camaçari/BA **Work Model**: 100% in-person Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$2.342,86 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Internet allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Commercial agreements and discounts * Free parking * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
