We are seeking a **Commercial Analyst, Data Specialist**, to work closely with the sales team, ensuring accurate information, tracking goals, and contributing to business growth. **Responsibilities:** * Update and maintain commercial reports and performance dashboards, ensuring information is always up-to-date and reliable. * Monitor goals, schedules, sales pipeline (pipe), and the commercial team’s routine, supporting activity organization and achievement of results. * Consolidate and analyze data from our CRM (Ploomes), transforming data into insights for the sales team. * Develop analyses and KPIs to support decision-making by the commercial management. * Prepare presentations and materials for tracking results. * Support standardization of processes, controls, and KPIs within the commercial area. **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. * Experience with CRM systems (Ploomes preferred). * Organized, analytical profile with attention to detail. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Undergraduate degree in progress or completed. * Brazilian driver’s license category B.
