Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and strategic Logistics Analyst to work on logistics information analysis, optimizing processes and ensuring proper execution of contracts with partners. Key Highlights: 1. Direct involvement in the analysis of logistics information for decision-making 2. Continuous improvement of logistics processes to reduce waste 3. The selected candidate will directly analyze logistics information to support more accurate decision-making and process improvements. Additionally, they will liaise with our partners to ensure proper contract execution. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze logistics processes: transportation, storage, distribution, and product handling; * Monitor performance indicators (delivery lead time, logistics costs, losses, route efficiency); * Contact and negotiate with suppliers and transportation companies regarding deadlines, pricing, and terms; * Analyze logistics costs and identify solutions to optimize resources; * Prepare reports and analyses to support management decision-making; * Identify process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency. **Work Location:** * Civit II neighborhood, Serra/ES. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong communication skills; * Proficiency in Excel; * Experience in the logistics field; * Easy access to the Civit II neighborhood. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in negotiation; * Experience in an analyst role; * Knowledge of Power BI. **We Offer:** * *Remuneration to be discussed;* * Dental plan; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Discounts at partner universities. *\*Possibility of PJ (individual entrepreneur) hiring.* Interested?
