In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sales funnel—from proactive prospecting to closing—using remote communication tools. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * **Proactive Prospecting (Outbound):** Identify and qualify potential customers through digital channels (LinkedIn, search tools), phone calls, and strategic contact lists. * **Sales Management:** Provide consultative lead engagement, conducting high-level negotiations via video calls, phone, and WhatsApp. * **Closing Focus:** Prepare commercial proposals, overcome objections, and ensure achievement (or overachievement) of monthly targets. **What We’re Looking For (Professional Profile):** * **Remote Sales Experience:** Familiarity with remote sales metrics and consultative selling processes, as well as experience using computerized communication and sales systems. * **High-Impact Communication:** Excellent written skills (for messages and emails) and verbal fluency (for videos and calls). * **Self-Organization:** Ability to manage your own time and priorities in a fast-paced environment. * **Growth Mindset:** A resilient profile that treats "no" as learning and constantly seeks improvement in sales techniques. **Nice-to-Have (Bonus if you have):** * Knowledge of Protheus ERP (Totvs) and remote sales tools. * Prior experience selling products via remote outreach (phone and WhatsApp). **What We Offer:** * Market-competitive compensation. * Commission and bonus plans. * Meal allowance, health insurance, and dental insurance. * Ongoing training in sales and tools. * Growth opportunities within an expanding company. * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. * Employment type: On-site. * Location: Pinhais – PR.
