Job Summary: Supervise the company’s tax routines, ensuring compliance with tax legislation and accurate calculation of taxes and ancillary obligations, using systems such as WinThor and Sisloc. Tax analysis and system configuration **Job Mission** Supervise and ensure the correct execution of the company’s tax routines, guaranteeing compliance with current tax legislation, proper tax calculation, and timely submission of ancillary obligations, utilizing WinThor and Sisloc systems as tools for control, verification, and generation of tax information. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and guide the tax team, assigning tasks and monitoring deadlines. * Perform verification and validation of tax bookkeeping for incoming and outgoing invoices. * Monitor correct taxation of procurement, sales, and equipment leasing operations. * Calculate taxes (ICMS, ICMS-ST, DIFAL, PIS, COFINS, ISS, among others). * Ensure generation and submission of ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, DCTF, EFD, among others). * Analyze tax configurations in WinThor and Sisloc, ensuring correct tax application. * Monitor leasing contracts in Sisloc from a tax perspective (withholdings, ISS, period-based billing). * Conduct tax reconciliations and cross-system data verification. * Respond to internal and external audits and tax inspections. * Monitor changes in federal and state tax legislation and implement necessary system adjustments. * Prepare management reports and tax department performance indicators. * Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Commercial departments to align tax treatment of operations. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields. * Solid experience in the tax area. * Experience with WinThor and Sisloc systems is a plus. * Knowledge of federal and state tax legislation. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Analytical, organized profile with leadership capability.
