Responsibilities and Duties * Plan and control production according to demand and the company’s production capacity. * Develop and update production schedules, ensuring adherence to established deadlines. * Monitor and analyze the flow of materials and information among production departments. * Manage inventory, controlling levels of raw materials and finished goods. * Identify and propose improvements to production processes to increase operational efficiency. * Collaborate in resolving issues related to production scheduling and execution. * Prepare production performance reports and performance indicators (KPIs). * Work closely with procurement, production, and sales teams to align goals and strategies.
