If you identify with a collaborative and curiosity-driven work environment, join us in building the future of technology. **What You’ll Do Here** * Develop, test, and evolve scalable systems * Create and maintain RESTful APIs * Optimize performance, reliability, and security * Participate in technical decisions and requirement definition * Propose continuous improvements in architecture and processes * Actively collaborate with other developers * Integrate and operate cloud services (AWS) * Work with microservices and event-driven messaging * Contribute to observability and data quality * Apply best practices (SOLID, DDD, Clean Code) **What We Expect You to Know** * Experience with Java and/or Kotlin * Proficiency in microservice architecture * Hands-on experience with AWS (ECS, EKS, EC2, S3, SQS, API Gateway, Lambda) * Object-oriented and event-oriented design (Kafka, Kinesis) * Messaging systems (SQS, IBM MQ, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ) * Data persistence (SQL and NoSQL) * Git and version control * Observability (logs, metrics, tracing, dashboards, alerts) * Testing and quality assurance (unit tests, QA, performance testing) * Standards and best practices (SOLID, Clean Architecture, DDD) **Nice-to-Have Skills** * Experience in social impact or digital inclusion projects * Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and agile methodologies * Participation in technical communities or guilds **What We Offer** We operate under a default remote work model, prioritizing your freedom and accountability.
