Description

Job Summary: Control access for residents, visitors, and service providers, register information, and monitor building security. Key Highlights: 1. Access control and information registration 2. Security system monitoring and periodic patrols 3. Communication with users and report completion Control access for residents, visitors, service providers, and employees entering the building, registering information in accordance with company or condominium procedures. * Identify and authorize entry for registered vehicles, performing proper license plate and time controls. * Monitor the CCTV system and other electronic security equipment. * Conduct periodic patrols in common areas to identify risks or abnormalities. * Receive mail, packages, and deliveries, directing\-them correctly or registering them per procedure. * Communicate\-with residents and users courteously, respecting coexistence rules and privacy. * Notify the security team or emergency services in case of incidents (fires, intrusions, accidents, etc.). * Complete incident reports, entry\/exit logs, and other control documents. * Maintain order and safety within the premises, reporting irregularities to the immediate supervisor.
