A dynamic and creative environment with growth opportunities **About the Position:** We are seeking a Mid-Level Video Editor to join our creative team and directly contribute to producing audiovisual content for clients across diverse industries. This professional will be responsible for transforming ideas into engaging visual narratives, ensuring quality, pacing, and strategic alignment with the agency’s communication objectives. **Main Responsibilities:** * Edit videos for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and long-form videos) * Create dynamic cuts and compelling storytelling * Work with background music, sound effects, and audio correction * Perform color grading and image adjustments * Insert basic motion graphics (captions, transitions, visual elements) * Adapt content for different formats and platforms * Collaborate with social media, design, and paid traffic teams * Meet deadlines efficiently and with strong organization * Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and suggest content improvements Requirements: * Solid video editing experience (mid-level) * Proficiency in tools such as: Adobe Premiere Pro * After Effects (intermediate level) * DaVinci Resolve (a plus) * Understanding of storytelling and audiovisual narrative * Knowledge of digital content formats and trends * Organization and management of multiple concurrent projects * Strong communication skills and teamwork ability **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior agency experience * Advanced motion design knowledge * Basic video shooting understanding * Familiarity with branding and digital positioning * Experience with performance-oriented content (ads) **Success Metrics:** * Technical quality of deliverables * Timely delivery * Engagement metrics of produced content * Satisfaction of internal and external clients * Ability to propose creative improvements **Behavioral Profile:** * Creative, yet strategically minded * Agile and organized * Proactive and collaborative * Open to continuous feedback and improvement * Attention to detail Benefits * Fixed salary \+ R$1000 cost-of-living allowance **What We Offer** * A dynamic and creative work environment * Growth opportunities * Exposure to major brands and diverse projects * A collaborative culture
