The Coordinator will lead the Software Engineering team focused on **data platforms and products**, working closely with the Data team to build, scale, and sustain services, integrations, and pipelines that enable advanced analytics and **large-scale fraud detection**. Technical and strategic involvement is expected, along with experience scaling already-validated products. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and develop the Software Engineering team, ensuring high-quality, performant, and reliable deliveries * Lead the development of **services, APIs, integrations, and data pipelines** in high-scale environments * Ensure evolution of data-oriented software architecture, considering scalability, observability, and security * Contribute to technical roadmap decisions and prioritization jointly with Product and Data teams * Establish and monitor engineering best practices (code reviews, testing, monitoring, documentation) * Develop the team through feedback, mentoring, and performance management **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Technical** * Solid experience in **Software Engineering**, with prior work on distributed and data-oriented systems * Experience developing **APIs and microservices** * Hands-on experience with **data pipelines**, integrations, and large-scale processing * Knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) * Experience with relational and non-relational databases * Familiarity with CI/CD practices, Git version control, and observability ### **Leadership and Collaboration** * Prior experience in **technical leadership or coordination of engineering teams** * Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences Have you ever imagined working in a dynamic environment that encourages autonomy?
