Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment. 2. Respond to building maintenance and air conditioning service requests. 3. Prepare and ensure infrastructure for internal and external events. Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring the proper functioning of the company's facilities, equipment, and structures, contributing to environmental preservation and safety. * Conduct rounds to identify potential infrastructure and air conditioning issues that can be resolved * Respond to requests from the administrative coordination team * Complete checklists and use the service request system * Respond to building maintenance and air conditioning service requests * Perform maintenance on the CEO's properties * Support infrastructure at MG Santos; * Prepare and ensure necessary infrastructure for internal and external events; * Remain on-site until the event concludes, if required; * Travel to support event-related tasks when requested; Perform air conditioning maintenance
