Aligi Recursos Humanos is a company specialized in people management solutions, offering services such as recruitment, selection, and talent development. **Responsibilities:** Develop the baseline schedule for the entire project lifecycle, covering feasibility studies, project development, approvals from public agencies, and FF\&E installation, establishing key project dates. Develop and consolidate planning assumptions for each project, including the project’s work breakdown structure, macro- and detailed-level service precedence networks, and other related aspects. Monitor and continuously update the project schedule, ensuring adherence to defined deadlines. Implement, control, and critically analyze project performance indicators, especially those related to project development and construction execution. Monitor the critical path of construction works, identifying potential schedule deviations and proposing appropriate recovery plans. Develop and manage the procurement schedule and physical progress of construction works, typically considering direct costs. Develop and update the physical-financial progress of construction works, consolidating information for decision-making. Consolidate all information regarding project deadlines and physical progress for inclusion in Certiphic’s management reports. Facilitate working meetings with clients and internal teams, addressing topics related to planning, alignment of assumptions, execution strategies, and recovery plans. Bachelor’s degree required.
