Job Summary: Onet Brasil is seeking a Data Analyst - HR to develop dashboards, generate analyses and insights, and support decision-making in people management. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain an updated and reliable database Onet Brasil currently has an open position for a **Data Analyst \- HR** in Alphaville, Barueri/SP. Responsibilities: Develop HR performance dashboards and reports; Process and cross-analyze large volumes of data; Generate analyses and insights to support people management decision-making; Develop and monitor R\&S metrics (time-to-fill, SLA, job funnel, candidate profile alignment, etc.); Create managerial dashboards and reports for the Talent Acquisition team; Provide insights and analyses for strategic decision-making; Maintain an updated and reliable database. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, IT, Statistics, or related fields; Advanced Excel skills (formulas, charts, pivot tables); Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.); Experience with HR reports and metrics; Logical reasoning, attention to detail, and strong analytical ability.
