Developing and updating internal controls **Responsibilities (tasks to be performed):** * Developing, completing, and updating internal control spreadsheets: payment and reimbursement requests, agreements, addenda, and other instruments relevant to the projects area; * Scanning documents from the department; * Organizing and archiving physical and electronic documents; * Creating and maintaining efficient filing systems; * Maintaining relationships with all other departments; * Formatting and printing reports, official letters, and proposals. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour break Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Qualifications: * Library Science, Bachelor's Degree * Business Administration, Bachelor's Degree * Archival Science, Bachelor's Degree * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance
