Requirements: We are looking for a Data Analyst with strong Power BI expertise who combines deep analytical ability with excellence in Data Visualization. The professional will be responsible for transforming data into strategic insights, working across the full spectrum—from data modeling and processing to building executive dashboards and automating analyses in cloud environments. We seek a hybrid profile: a Data Analyst with business acumen and strong BI competence, capable of end-to-end execution—from data extraction to executive consumption. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Creation, transformation, and analysis of structured and unstructured data. * Development, publication, and automation of interactive dashboards in Power BI. * Design of analytical data models (Star Schema, Snowflake, etc.). * Monitoring and optimization of SQL query performance. * Manipulation and analysis of large-scale datasets. * Definition of business rules and data handling for MDM (Master Data Management). * Conducting comparative analyses and data quality validations. * Building and automating processes in cloud environments (Azure/Databricks). * Collaboration with business areas to gather requirements and define strategic KPIs. * Ensuring a positive user experience (UX) in dashboards and data products. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Mandatory Qualifications:** + Solid experience as a Data Analyst. + Advanced Power BI expertise (mandatory). + Advanced proficiency in SQL. + Experience in data modeling. + Experience with Azure and Databricks. + Strong ability to interact with business areas. + Excellent understanding of UX applied to dashboards and analytical products. * **Desirable Qualifications:** + Experience in MDM projects and Single Customer View initiatives. + Knowledge of Python. + Prior experience as a Business Analyst. + Consulting and proactive mindset. + Experience working in Agile environments. **Expected Behavioral Profile:** * Clear communication with both technical and executive audiences. * Analytical mindset combined with business vision. * Proactive in proposing improvements. * Ability to work autonomously. * Strong critical thinking regarding data and KPIs.
