Our mission is to ensure implementation of the Collections and Credit Recovery Policy by establishing a structured process for collecting overdue payments, managing authority levels, defining discount rules and limits for debt regularization, assigning responsibilities and delegating authority, segregating functions, and ensuring effective controls that enable compliance with the Organization’s guidelines. Work model: Hybrid \- 2 days on-site Unit: Osasco \- SP **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** As a Senior Product Owner, you will work within Credit Recovery Management, with the following key activities: * Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, considering business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer needs; * Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and customer behavior studies to guide strategic decisions; * Ensure product alignment with tribe, cluster, and partner area guidelines. Monitor and report KPIs, OKRs, and value metrics to ensure adherence to the bank’s strategy; * Serve as the primary point of contact within the squad for clarity, prioritization, and refinement of requirements; * Maintain a well-structured backlog with clearly defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and dependencies; * Collaborate daily with the agile team (developers, QAs, designers, agile coaches) to ensure understanding of the value of each delivery. Participate in squad agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews, dailies, and retrospectives). Ensure delivered products maintain quality, technical and functional adherence, and alignment with strategy. Act as a connecting agent across different customer journeys, ensuring end-to-end flow consistency; * Proactively address risks and impediments by seeking structured solutions with internal partners. Represent the squad in governance, prioritization, and architecture forums. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree; * Proven experience as a Product Manager and/or Product Owner; * Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, Lean); * Data and metrics analysis skills (KPIs, OKRs); * Experience managing stakeholders and navigating cross-organizational structures.
