Ensure timely delivery and quality of deliverables About the Role: We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to work on the development and maintenance of robust solutions, actively participating in technical and business discussions. This role will play a strategic part in building integrations, evolving systems, and ensuring delivery quality—directly impacting product efficiency and innovation. Responsibilities: ✔ Participate in technical and business meetings, contributing insights and solutions ✔ Develop solutions using .NET and C\# ✔ Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems ✔ Support users during the user acceptance testing (UAT) process by clarifying questions ✔ Provide maintenance and support for developed solutions ✔ Prepare technical documentation, manuals, and procedures ✔ Ensure timely delivery and quality of deliverables Requirements: ✔ Minimum 5 years of software development experience ✔ Proficiency in C\#, MVC, and Angular ✔ Experience with SQL Server (Procedures, Functions, Triggers, and Views) ✔ Knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery ✔ Experience with MVC and Bootstrap ✔ Knowledge of Web API, Web Services, and WCF ✔ Solid understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) ✔ Experience with ORM (Dapper) ✔ Familiarity with DevOps practices (Git, TFS, Azure DevOps) Nice-to-Haves: ➕ Experience with Microsoft Azure (cloud) ➕ Experience with Agile methodologies ➕ Certifications in software development ➕ Knowledge of containerized applications (Docker or similar) ➕ Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ or similar) Work Model: Hybrid: 2 days per week in-office What You’ll Find at Maitha: Individual soft skills development experience with ongoing journey support; Well-being management with metrics and indicators tracking satisfaction evolution; Training sessions, workshops, and meetups for soft and hard skills development; Rewards program with points and incentives; TotalPass offering multiple plan options and over 250 modalities—including weight training, cross-training, yoga, dance, and more; And much more!
