Requirements: The **implementation** team is responsible for ***onboarding new clients and developing solutions for the ScafPlus.net system***, and seeks a ***Senior Software Engineer*** to join our team — the largest software development and product company for the Brazilian financial market — where we believe technological innovation inspires progress. **This position will be responsible for:** * Acting as a member of the software development and implementation squad, actively participating in projects managed by the Development Coordinator and Product Owner, and being accountable for defining, implementing, testing, documenting, and maintaining software artifacts in accordance with Evertec’s adopted development process. * Conducting requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation in collaboration with business units and other involved departments, translating functional requirements into technical solutions, working on backend, frontend, and API development, as well as performing testing, quality assurance, and supporting implementation processes in staging and production environments. * Developing, evolving, and maintaining native mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms, covering the entire development lifecycle including build, versioning, and publishing apps on Google Play and App Store, ensuring quality, performance, and adherence to mobile development best practices. * Supporting system implementation with clients, remotely or on-site, providing technical consultancy, assisting proper system usage, and helping resolve issues identified during the project. * Identifying system adjustments needed due to operational errors, enhancements, or customizations; conducting technical analyses, tests, simulations, and database queries; routing requests to responsible teams and tracking them to resolution. * Maintaining and evolving existing systems, contributing to continuous improvements, bug fixes, and new developments using technologies such as .NET, .NET Core, Node.js, JavaScript frameworks, and REST API integrations. * Developing and maintaining integrations with relational databases, with heavy use of SQL Server and T\-SQL, including procedures, functions, and triggers, ensuring performance, data integrity, and reliability. **To \#match this role, candidates must meet the following mandatory requirements:** * Knowledge of native or cross-platform mobile development; * Experience in native Android development using Java and Kotlin; * Experience in native iOS development using Objective‑C and Swift; * Knowledge of building and consuming REST APIs; * Knowledge of SQL Server database, including T‑SQL, procedures, functions, and triggers; * Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns; Experience with unit testing; * Knowledge of Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics; * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and interpersonal ease, with a profile oriented toward implementation, customer support, and client relationship management. **The following qualifications would be considered advantageous:** * Knowledge of the financial sector, especially Private Pension; * Experience with Agile methodologies; * Hands-on experience in system implementation projects and direct client engagement.
