**External Selection Process**
**Position: Administrative Assistant with Emphasis on Finance**
**Job Details**
* Benefits: Transportation allowance and meal voucher.
* Working hours: 220 hours.

**Main Responsibilities**
* Fulfill the employment contract, adhering to institutional policies, guidelines, and protocols; safeguard the professional image by aligning with the institution’s mission, vision, and values, maintaining a confident attitude and healthy habits.
* Engage with leadership to align actions and decisions; support and tabulate data for preparing reports, printed materials, tools, and indicators; ensure information is updated and properly processed in systems; draft and dispatch administrative documents, maintaining records and deadlines.
* Serve internal and external customers, assisting with administrative processes within the department; generate administrative and statistical reports as requested by the manager.
* In the financial domain: import and manually enter bank statements; verify data in the system (treasury vs. bank statements); perform and monitor bank reconciliations, resolve pending items, and forward reports to accounting; analyze inconsistencies and propose process adjustments.
* Address other work process requirements per institutional policies, protocols, manuals, regulations, and bylaws.
**Required Qualifications for Participation in This Selection Process**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, or related fields from an MEC-recognized educational institution.
* Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative roles within the finance area (evidenced by CTPS record or termination document specifying position and dates).
* Must not have participated in any selection processes within the last 6 months.
**Evaluation Stages: All stages are both eliminatory and classificatory**
* Curriculum Analysis.
* Group Interview.
* Interview with the Department Manager.
