




Job Summary: Professional to perform administrative tasks, document management, and support in report preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Document and communication management via BIM 360 and SharePoint platforms 2. General administrative support and input control 3. Preparation and review of technical reports and presentations We are seeking candidates to perform the following activities: * Submitting reports and meeting minutes via the BIM 360 platform; * Updating the control spreadsheet; * Receiving correspondence via the BIM 360 platform; * SharePoint control; * Mirroring SharePoint/BIM 360 files (photos, documents, and reports produced); * Organizing folders on the BIM 360 platform (technical drawings, operating procedures, external letters) to facilitate access to documentation and internal procedures; * General administrative support, including: * Input management (office supplies, laptops, mobile phones, and PPE); * Administrative document management (timesheet forms, certificate receipts, vehicle usage logs, vehicle refueling vouchers, vehicle washing vouchers, vehicle/taxi usage schedule control, general announcements and team guidelines); * Supporting the preparation/maintenance of management and/or operational control spreadsheets; * Supporting the preparation/review of technical reports, spreadsheets, charts, and general presentations; * Scheduling and drafting meeting minutes for specific meetings; * Other administrative tasks. Prerequisites: * Completed undergraduate degree; * Proficiency with BIM 360 and SharePoint platforms; * Microsoft Office suite Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree
