**About the position** We are a fashion brand with both physical and digital operations, growing steadily, with stores in São Paulo and an active e-commerce platform. We are seeking a Junior E-commerce Analyst to work in the backoffice of our digital operations — an organized, detail-oriented individual who is eager to roll up their sleeves and engage directly in day-to-day e-commerce tasks. **Responsibilities** * Registering and updating products on the website and marketplaces * Updating banners, storefronts, and campaigns on the platform * Sending and monitoring email marketing campaigns * Invoicing orders and issuing fiscal invoices * Generating carrier shipping labels and querying the TMS * Operational management of marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Shopee, and others) * Supporting integrations and functionalities between VTEX and ERP * General support for the e-commerce team **Requirements** * Experience managing marketplace operations, especially Mercado Livre and Shopee * Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (VTEX is a plus) * Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you will handle registrations, orders, and deadlines simultaneously * Good written communication skills **Preferred qualifications** * Experience with VTEX * Knowledge of TikTok Shop * Experience with order invoicing and issuance of NF-e * Experience in the fashion or apparel industry **Position details** * Employment type: CLT, full-time * Work model: 100% on-site — Brás, São Paulo/SP * Benefits: Transportation allowance + discount on brand products Compensation: R$2.000,00 — R$2.800,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Selection questions: * This position is CLT and 100% on-site in the Brás neighborhood of São Paulo/CAPITAL, with no remote work option.
