SYSTEMS ANALYST (APIs / PYTHON / SQL)

Description

**Main Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain API integrations between corporate systems and partners (e.g., POS, ERP/backoffice, delivery), ensuring traceability and documentation. * Build and maintain services/APIs (REST/JSON), webhooks, and integration/automation routines, prioritizing small, testable, and documented deliverables. * Work with data and SQL queries to diagnose inconsistencies, validate integrations, and support foundations for dashboards/analytics. * Use basic Python for automations, integrations, and validations (scripts/lightweight ETL/API consumption), accelerating deliveries with AI assistance where applicable. * Support the development factory (FlutterFlow/Supabase/JavaScript): guide integration standards, authentication, data modeling, and best practices to ensure scalability and governance. * Code versioning and governance (Git/GitHub): repository organization, pull requests (PRs), basic code reviews, and version control. * Perform N2/N3 diagnosis and support when required: investigate complex failures, read/interpret logs, validate root causes, and lead stabilization efforts. * Interface with vendors with evidence: open tickets using technical language (symptoms/impact/tests), track progress until resolution, and validate outcomes. * Security and compliance: apply best practices (access control/credentials/traceability) per internal guidelines. * Continuous improvement: propose enhancements to workflows and technical standards to reduce rework and increase operational efficiency. **Requirements** * Solid programming logic and ability to build solutions (with AI assistance when necessary). * Basic Python (scripts, API consumption, automations). * SQL (queries, joins, data validation, troubleshooting). * Building and consuming APIs (REST/JSON), authentication, and webhooks. * Git/GitHub (versioning, branching, PRs, and basic code review). * Ability to diagnose issues with evidence/logs and act on integrations/support. * Experience with FlutterFlow and Supabase (Auth/Database/Functions/Edge Functions) and modern JavaScript. * Understanding of integration architecture (queues/events, retries, idempotency, observability). * Experience with dashboards/BI and KPIs (Power BI is a plus). * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to organize backlog/deliverables.
