WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience with JD Edwards ERP; * Advanced knowledge of: * Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies; * Business Process Modeling (BPMN); * Oracle / SQL Server databases; * Software quality. * Preferred: knowledge of Systems Architecture. CHECK BELOW THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION: * Analyze and comprehensively understand business needs related to supported processes, mapping workflows and identifying improvement opportunities; * Design and develop complex solutions using system capabilities to meet business requirements, customizations, and integrations with other technologies; * Conduct and oversee comprehensive and rigorous system testing—including unit and integration tests, load testing—ensuring system stability, reliability, performance, and security; * Identify and resolve high-complexity technical and functional issues across various systems, working autonomously and participating in multidisciplinary teams when required; * Provide advanced technical guidance and support to end users, training and enabling them for effective system usage; * Collaborate with software development teams, participate in and lead projects, implement system improvements and updates, applying project methodologies and best practices; * Document system-related processes, procedures, and workflows clearly, concisely, and in accordance with established methodologies; * Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices related to systems, associated technologies, and methodologies by participating in courses, trainings, events, and online communities; * Serve as a technical and business reference for the organization, disseminating knowledge and guiding teams on strategic system usage; * Conduct trainings and provide guidance on system usage.
