Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide basic IT environment support, learning and developing technical skills in cloud, networking, and operating systems, with a focus on resolving service requests and supporting the team. The reliability of our platform is validated by nine out of ten customers, 80% of whom are leaders in their respective segments. **Join us as a Skyowner!** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** ----------------------------------- * Handle low-complexity service requests with team support; * Document actions taken clearly and accurately; * Provide basic support for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments; * Support the team in troubleshooting, service restarts, and installation of monitoring agents; * Perform activities focused on Windows Server and Linux, such as analyzing simple issues, permissions, updates, and basic commands; * Learn to operate monitoring tools like Site24x7, interpreting alerts and implementing corrective actions; * Assist in managing firewall rules (NSG), load balancers, and fundamental networking, storage, and DNS concepts; * Perform documented backup and restore procedures for simple cases; * Participate in planning and execution of routine cloud tasks, such as user creation, permission assignment, instance restarts, and ticket submission on public clouds including AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, and GCP. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------------ * Currently enrolled in a technical or undergraduate program in IT; * Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux); * Introductory knowledge of cloud computing and networking; * Familiarity with user and permission management; * Strong desire to learn and develop technical skills; * Good communication skills, proactivity, and collaborative mindset. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** -------------- * Basic cloud knowledge in AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle Cloud; * Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Site24x7, Zabbix, Prometheus); * Experience with Level 1 technical support; * Basic FinOps knowledge and understanding of cloud costs; * Availability to work on an on-call basis. **WHAT WE OFFER** -------------------- * Medical Assistance (Bradesco) * Dental Assistance (Bradesco) * Flexible Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Childcare Assistance * Language Learning Assistance * TotalPass * Life Insurance * SESI Agreement * Birthday Day Off
